Transparent Pricing

Home Inspection Pricing

Nobody likes calling five companies just to figure out what something costs.

So here's our pricing.

No games. No "Call for Pricing" on every service. No trying to get you on the phone before we'll answer a simple question.

If your home has something unusual, we'll talk about it. Otherwise, everything is pretty straightforward.

Pricing is based on the total square footage of the home, including garages and unfinished areas.

Do I Need All These Services?

Probably not.

Every house is different.

Some homes absolutely should have a sewer scope.

Some don't need one.

Some homes have pools. Some don't.

Some buyers want mold testing because of allergies, previous water damage, or peace of mind. Others don't.

Our job isn't to sell you everything.

It's to explain what each service tells you so you can decide what's worth knowing before you own the home.

One More Thing...

If you're not sure which services make sense...

Just call us.

Seriously.

We'll ask a few questions about the house, explain your options, and tell you what we'd recommend if it were our own family buying the property.

Sometimes that means adding a service.

Sometimes it means saving you money.

Either way, you'll have enough information to make a good decision.

Why Do We List Pricing Online?

Because we appreciate it when other businesses do.

Buying a house is stressful enough. You should not have to fill out a form, wait for a callback, or sit through a sales pitch just to find out what a home inspection costs.

We would rather earn your business by being helpful than by making pricing a mystery.
