Franchises don't build businesses. People do.
That's why we'd rather introduce you to the people behind our locations than spend another page talking about ourselves.
Every owner has a different background. Different life experiences. Different strengths. Different personalities.
What they have in common is a commitment to helping people understand homes—not selling fear.
You'll probably notice something interesting. None of our owners came from identical backgrounds. One served in the Army. Another spent decades as an Executive Chef. Another owned businesses before becoming an inspector. We're not looking for people who all think the same. We're looking for people who care about doing the right thing.

Meet Mike →Colorado Front Range
Bryan's path to home inspections included more than twenty years as an Executive Chef, business owner, and operator of a working farm. Today he leads one of Colorado's busiest inspection teams, performing more than 140 inspections each month across the Front Range while staying true to the educational philosophy that built the company.
Meet Bryan →Tampa Bay, Florida
Manny spent more than twenty years as a professional chef and business owner before becoming a home inspector. He now helps families throughout the Tampa Bay area make confident home buying decisions through patient communication, detailed inspections, and a straightforward, no-pressure approach.
Meet Manny →If you read each owner's story, you'll notice they didn't all come from the home inspection industry.
That's intentional.
Great inspectors come from all kinds of professions. Military service. Restaurants. Construction. Business ownership. Engineering. Education.
The common thread isn't their résumé. It's their mindset.
Franchise websites sometimes make it sound like the brand deserves all the credit.
We don't believe that.
Our owners work incredibly hard. They build relationships in their communities. They earn reviews. They improve their reports. They continue learning. They represent the brand every single day.
The logo doesn't inspect houses. People do.
One of the questions people ask is,
"Do I have to be a home inspector already?"
Not necessarily.
You do need to be willing to learn. You need to care about people. You need to be coachable. And you need to understand that building relationships is still part of building a business.
Everything else can be taught.
These aren't corporate biographies written by a marketing department.
These are real people building real businesses in real communities.
That's exactly what we hope Inspections Over Coffee continues to become. One great owner at a time.
