Bryan earned his business degree from Creighton University.

Bryan's path included another unexpected chapter.
From 2014 through 2018, he owned and operated High Horse Farm, a small five-acre working farm in southern Oregon.
Running a farm teaches patience. You can't rush the seasons. You can't ignore maintenance. You learn pretty quickly that small problems become big problems if nobody pays attention.
Homes work much the same way. Deferred maintenance has a funny way of becoming expensive maintenance.
That's one of the reasons Bryan enjoys helping buyers understand not just what's wrong with a house today—but what deserves attention in the future.
Bryan didn't start with Inspections Over Coffee.
He started as an inspector when the Colorado company operated under its original brand, HERO Inspections & Environmental.
Over time, Bryan purchased the Colorado operation and continued building the business using the same operating system, inspection philosophy, reporting process, customer experience, and relationship-based marketing that had already been developed.
Later, the company rebranded as Inspections Over Coffee.
The name changed. The mission didn't.
Today, Bryan continues building one of Colorado's most established inspection operations while staying true to the philosophy that made the company successful in the first place.
